How It Works
No guesswork and no moving targets. Every case follows the same sequence — examined, planned on screen, costed in writing, then treated. You see the result before we touch a tooth, and you know the price before you agree to anything.
The Sequence
Photographs, X-rays and a CBCT where implants are involved.
Your case planned on screen — you see the result before you commit.
A written plan with staged options and honest pricing.
Sterile, unhurried appointments and modern anaesthesia.
Follow-ups, occlusal checks and a six-monthly recall.
Your First Visit
The first appointment is a consultation, not a treatment. Nothing is drilled, nothing is committed to, and you leave with a written plan you can take away and think about.
A full examination with intraoral photographs, and a CBCT scan where implants are being considered — so the plan is built on what is actually there, not an estimate.
You see your own images on screen and we talk through what is happening and why. Questions are expected; there is time set aside for them.
Where there is more than one sensible route, you get all of them — including the cheaper one and the option of doing nothing yet — with the honest advantages of each.
Staged, itemised and valid for the treatment described. Payment options are discussed at the same time, so nothing about money is a surprise later.
Why Nital Aesthetics
Topical pre-anaesthesia, buffered local anaesthetic and a slow, steady technique. Nervous patients are our speciality, not our exception.
01Class-B autoclaved cassettes, single-use burs and needles, and surface protocols followed between every single patient.
02Intraoral scanning and 3D planning replace guesswork — you approve the design before treatment starts.
03A written plan with staged costs and payment options. No surprises added halfway through treatment.
04The prosthodontist who plans and places your implant is the one who restores it. Nothing gets lost between clinicians.
05Appointments are spaced so you are seen when you are booked — and never rushed out of the chair.
